第一次去檳城，選擇了喬治城市中心的 Jen , 位置無話可説無可挑剔，方圓500米都是景點和好吃的店。旁邊就是檳城1st Avenue 商場，咖啡廳地道快餐應有盡有。酒店是傳統星級酒店，房間設備也相對傳統，雖然不是科技飯店，但枕具等質量很好，作為度假酒店，非常合適。健身房很大，游泳池略顯小了而且中間橫放了分隔纜繩，有點不知所雲。早餐最多是不過不失，有一天我直接放棄睡大覺。

酒店位置距離老城不遠，距離特色酒吧非常近，就步行五六分鐘，旁邊還有mall，整體不錯。房間大小合適，還能遠遠看到海，也算海景房了。游泳池是戶外的稍微有點小，早餐較為豐盛，整體值得推薦～

酒店位置蠻好的，去很多地方都是within walking distance，叫Grab也不難，但酒店外的馬路會經常塞車。辦理入住的員工精通三種語言，廣東話，英文，普通話都會，入住三晚收了MYR 300按金。雖然被安排入住低樓層的房間，但隔音相當好，街道外的車聲跟房間外的人聲都聽不太到。房間設施略舊，但很大很舒適。第一天入住時發現床頭的床頭有蜘蛛在爬，但之後都沒發現有其他昆蟲了。廁所是乾濕分離，水壓夠強，熱水充足供應。意外的是每天回房間時都有RA準備的小心意（如圖），每天逛完帶著疲倦的身體回房間看到這個很窩心。

The room is clean but toilet & bathroom are a little tight on space. Location for street food is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide free shuttle to these spots. Although the staff tries to reach out to see if they can help make the stay better, the info about the free CAT bus to Cecil Street Market was erroneous.

很讚的出遊體驗，值得推薦！ 1.地理位置就在George town，旁邊有個商場還臨時給女兒買了一雙洞洞鞋，去各個景點大概要步行十到十五分鐘左右。 2.服務特別好，早班機抵達，大概十點多到酒店check in，有空房就直接讓入住了，免去等待的勞頓。 3.早餐豐盛道道好吃，而且即使十一期間人流也不是很密集。唯一就是房間下水道有點點味道，關上衞生間門會好很多。這次沒機會體驗泳池，希望下次還有機會來。

Our recent 訂房網站 to Penang with friends and family was made even more memorable by our stay at Jen Hotel. The hotel's strategic location was a major highlight, placing us within easy walking distance of the island's renowned street food and many of its key tourist attractions. This made exploring the city and sampling local delicacies incredibly convenient. The personalised service and genuine friendliness of the staff truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. The rooms themselves were a pleasure to return to—clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. We made good use of the hotel's excellent facilities. The swimming pool was a refreshing escape, and we had a fantastic time playing table tennis. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym. Overall, Jen Hotel provided the perfect base for our 訂房網站, combining a prime location with great facilities and exceptional service. Jen hotel in the central of George Town. Travel anywhere very easy by foot or car. I got early check in without any charges. The staff very helpful when needed help . Breakfast very awesome. I will be back again

酒店算在市中心，周邊吃得挺多的；門前一條路經常堵車，旁邊有一個商場，沒什麼東西逛；去周邊的景點都挺近的，但是因為太熱了，所以一直在叫車；酒店前台態度不錯，基本溝通順暢。特別喜歡酒店的早餐，特別豐盛好吃。退房時房間裡忘記飲料打掃人員就順手收走了，因為便宜所以算了，但是外國酒店都是這樣的嗎，能佔便宜就被佔便宜麼…

JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at JEN Hotel Penang. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Georgetown, walking distance to many food spots, shopping malls, and heritage areas. The room was clean and cozy, with a great city view.
